TTYL, Summer!

It’s super depressing that summer’s coming to an end (but maybe not so sad that the kids are going back to school!). Key Performance Indicators

Developing customized Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for your business is key (no pun intended) to monitoring your business’s progress toward your goals!

If you’re not sold on KPIs, I’m going to take you behind the scenes to see how I’ve been using them in my own business.

Since opening my business, I've tracked my net profit margin in order to ensure that I am keeping more of what I earn.

Mid-Year Check-In Questions

Can you believe we’re already entering Q3 of 2024?! That means it’s time to ask yourself these questions:

  • Have you met your revenue and profit goals for the first half of the year?
  • Are there any changes you need to make over the next six months to achieve your goals?
  • Is your bookkeeping completed through July? If not, do you have a system in place to get caught up?
  • Do you have enough cash flow to meet all of your obligations?
  • Have you scheduled a mid-year tax planning meeting with your tax accountant?
  • Are you confident that you're meeting all of your compliance and filing requirements?
  • Have you saved enough for your tax payments?

If you answered NO to any of those questions, reply to this email and I’ll help you get back on track!
